The Associate team allows QMFS to accept more potential candidates to experience Formula Student and help them develop into senior team members in future years. There are many rewards for participating in the project such as learning CAD skills and chances to get hands on with building the car. However, Formula Student can take a large amount of a students time and organising uni workload around the society can become a challenge. The associate team gives the opportunity for those interested to dip their toes in the water and experience the project without the full workload. Deadline to apply to be in the Associate Team is 3rd of October 2021.
